• Party and AGM

Hi All Tadpoles, Volunteers, Carers and Family Members

We hope you are all well and looking forward to getting back to a more normal life now Covid restrictions are being lifted

Tadpoles restarted in May, with Carers and family members helping in the water whilst our Volunteers supervised from pool side. Volunteers are now back in the pool, swimming or walking with Tadpoles once again. We appreciate that some of our members are still cautious about returning so we are actively trying to recruit new Volunteers, which will guarantee a return to one-to-one help in the water. Please pass the word around.

All our Volunteers who have returned are double vaccinated and we anticipate that this will be the case with all returning members. It would be great if all Tadpoles were double vaccinated but do understand that there may be circumstances where this is not possible. This would not exclude them from attending.

We are hoping to hold our Christmas Party on 3rd December this year. We are aware that we have not held an AGM since 2019, so have decided to hold the 2021 AGM on 3rd December, just before the Christmas Party commences. The Officers and Committee Members have agreed to continue until 3rd December. More about the Christmas Party and AGM later in the year.

If you have any queries or comments regarding this letter, please contact us via email (thetadpoleseg@gmail.com)

or speak to Andrew, Ros or Jenny on a Thursday evening.

We really are looking forward to welcoming you all back to swimming.
